BeMe offers Free Standard Shipping on every item on the site when purchasing for $75. We currently ship to the 48 (Continental US) States. BeMe does not ship to PO Boxes.
Refund Policy
Return Guidelines
We understand that returns sometimes need to happen and we are committed to making the process as simple as possible.
And you can return items for full refund for up to 15 days from the day you received it, as long as the item is
1) Intact with all tags attached
2) Free of any signs of wear or wash
3) Our Panty sanitary strip is in place
4) No returns or exchanges on sale items
5) BeMe charges a restocking fee of $4.50 per return item
How to return a package
First contact us at connect@bemenyc.com for approval.
To return an item please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Email us at connect@bemenyc.com,
Put your Order Number # into the subject line
In the email state which garments you are returning and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
Step 2: Affix your shipping shipping label addressed to:

Step 3: Package the return and seal securely with tape.
Step 4: Drop your package at any FedEx or Post office or schedule a FedEx pick-up at your address.
(Please note that if you choose to return your package, the return shipping fees will not be refundable. Please label your package clearly and send via a prepaid, insured traceable method)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 6-8 business days.
BeMe may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Guidelines.
Free Gifts with purchase and sale items are non - refundable
